Where we ship
We ship to most countries around the world. Enter your full and correct address at checkout so your parcel reaches you.

Processing time
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Personalized pieces may take an extra 2 to 5 business days. We will email you a tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery times

• United States: 3 to 7 business days
• International: 7 to 21 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen because of carriers, weather, holidays or customs.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping applies to orders over $75 where shown at checkout.

Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be charged import duties, customs fees or taxes on arrival. These are set by your country, are not included in our prices, and are the customer’s responsibility.

Wrong address
We are not responsible for parcels lost or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address. Resending an order is at the customer’s cost.

Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking stops moving or your parcel has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
