Welcome to sagejewelsplace. By using sagesplace.net or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Refund & Return Policy.

Who can buy
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian’s permission. Please give accurate information when you order.

Products and prices
We show our jewelry as accurately as we can, but colors may look slightly different on your screen. Prices are in US dollars (USD), and your bank sets the final exchange rate and any foreign transaction fees. We may cancel and fully refund an order if there is a pricing error, a stock problem or suspected fraud.

Orders and payment
Your order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. Payment is handled by secure providers, and we do not store your full card details.

Worldwide shipping
We ship to most countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout, and dates are estimates, not guarantees. Please enter a full and correct address. If an order is lost or returned because of a wrong address, resending it is at your cost. We cannot ship to places where it is prohibited by law.

Customs, duties and taxes
International parcels may be charged import duties, customs fees or taxes on arrival. These are not included in our prices, are set by your country, and are your responsibility. We cannot control customs delays.

Delivery and risk
Once a parcel is with the carrier, delays outside our control are not our fault. If your tracking stops moving or your parcel seems lost, contact us and we will work with the carrier.

Personalized items
Personalized pieces are made exactly as you submit them, so please check names, spelling and dates carefully. They cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Intellectual property
All content on this site belongs to sagejewelsplace and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not affect any consumer rights you have in your own country.

Changes and governing law
We may update these terms, and the date above shows the latest version. They are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
